The free tools
The calculators, generators, template libraries, and dashboard on this site are informational. They perform arithmetic on the numbers and details you enter, or generate copy from your inputs. They are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any business outcome or revenue result.
Kits: what you're buying
A kit is a digital product: templates, scripts, and reference documents delivered as a web page you can view and print. Buying a kit gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use and adapt its contents for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish a kit's contents as your own product. Kit access pages are not indexed and are not meant to be shared publicly.
Payment and delivery
Kits are a one-time purchase processed through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. After checkout, Stripe sends a receipt by email with a link back to your kit; that link stays valid and can be reused any time to view or print your kit again.
Refunds
If a kit isn't right for you, email hello@rootpractice.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it.
Your responsibility
Templates covering cancellation policies, deposits, or client communication are starting points, not legal documents. You are responsible for checking them against your local and state regulations and your liability insurer before putting them into practice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
