The kit is licensed for use in your own practice. If you run multiple locations under the same business, that's covered. Consultants and agencies reselling or redistributing the kit to separate client businesses should contact hello@rootpractice.com first.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are starting-point templates. The policy templates include a line reminding you to check your state's regulations and your liability insurer before you publish a policy, because those requirements vary and this kit doesn't know which ones apply to you.
Do I need special software to use it?
No. Everything is plain text and PDF: copy it into whatever booking software, email tool, or printer you already use. Nothing here requires a new subscription.
