Revenue Leak Audit

The Revenue Leak Audit is being rebuilt.

We're rebuilding the Revenue Leak Audit with sourced methodology: every benchmark, multiplier, and dollar figure will be cited from real wellness-practice data, not estimated. In the meantime, the six recovery tools on the homepage give you a practical starting point without the math.

What the audit is built to cover

The version we're rebuilding is a fifteen-question walkthrough across five areas of practice operations, not a single score:

  • Phone & Communication. How calls, texts, and bookings get handled.
  • Follow-Up & Retention. What happens after a no-show, a visit, or a quiet stretch.
  • Reviews & Reputation. How you earn and respond to public feedback.
  • Revenue Optimization. Packages, attribution, and post-visit upsell.
  • Digital Presence. Your Google profile, website, and remarketing.

The earlier version paired those answers with estimated dollar-loss figures we could not source to real practice data, so we took it down in May 2026 while we rebuild it on benchmarks we can cite. The rebuild keeps this same five-area structure. Until that ships, the six free tools on the homepage cover the same ground: reactivation, no-show recovery, review requests, seasonal promotions, intake forms, and Deal-to-Loyal conversion.
